Help Needed With Ek1 L15 !!

Hi Guys,
I wanted to find out if this EK1 is original or not. I have looked over the threads and there seems to be some confusion about these and it has in turn, confused me. Here it is, what do you think? Sorry the pictures are not better, I am not a wiz with the camera on small details. The cross looks MUCH better in person, the flash seems to magnify every small flaw in the paint.

Thanks Guys,
I appreciate it, I was sent it to buy but did not pay for it. My expertise is in areas other than medals. It is nice to have a place like this to help collectors. FYI- the collector I got it from bought it for a uniform, he purchased it from another dealer and will get his money back.
