    Ek Ii Marked 2 - 800 !!

    Hi Cross' guys ,

    recently a dealer as sold a very interesting EK II marked 2 and 800 and on ring 800.

    It's first time I see a EK II marked so rare ! unfortunately I arrived too late ( who is the lucky d.. guy get it?? )

    what do you think about the cross ? ( I have no more pics)

    Appears to be a nice cross. Would be interesting to see close-ups of the markings....

        Yeep i would not have that in my collection, i did get a L/12 this week and that is not close. But i dont trust that one either, that one will be here soon on a separate tread.

            This cross was bought by one of my friend, I will ask him to take some photos for details when he gets the cross.

              @ Stefan, I didn't see the topic, where is?

              @jcwater, would be great to have some close photos.

              personally I don't see problems on it from what I can see. Till today no info about 2-800 fakes. Frame seams to be in silver, details are fine and if is in 3 parts, will be difficult to say is a fake ( even if there come not out some particulars that is clearly visible is not good).

                Ivan, up close phots would help a great deal. The corners where the beading comes together(at least from the photo provided) has striking resemblences to some of the crosses that are being sold out of Latvia. Can't say for sure w/o up close photos, but I would be suspicious.
