EK1 L59 with 3 points?

I bought a EK 1 marked L59 and 3 points at the backside. The needle clip opens to the wrong side. Seems to be haevy worn.
Who can tell me somethink abot this EK? Fake or original?

at the first glance it looks fine and the inverted catch do not be unusual for a L/59 cross.
It would be of some help if you can post pics from the obverse and reverse without angel.
