New "120" Ekii

I fell in love with "120's" maker mark and finally found one.
Recieved this in today's mail from Phillip Militaria!! Looks much better
in person than when posted on his site. Core is between 95 and 100%! No rust!! I hope you enjoy the pics and notice the large ring and un-attached portion. Did they come from the factory weak and come apart over time?? Does this defect only ocurr on the backside? After searching the forum, I realized this trait was common among most "120's".
