Schinkelform EK2 ribbon

Hello,

How often do schinkelform crosses(EK2) encountered with the narrower 25 mm
ribbon and were most of them issued with it?

The early ribbons were the smaller size 25mm and Schinkels the early crosses so naturally they would be together but it’s not compulsory.

Hi,

i can only confirm the statement from schinkel2.

I' both sorts in my collection and two of them where together since the day thea where awarded.
One was awarded with the smaller sice ribbon (25mm) and one was awarded with the 30mm ribbon. Here i will show you the set with the 30mm ribbon.

It's a very early set of issiu with a schinkel cross.
It was, like sometimes in WW1, packed in a tissue paper and than in a blue paper like this wich where used later for the packets.
