I have concerns from the pictures shown. I'm not seeing some of the features that would be present on a genuine Juncker DKiG

      Larry,
Going from my references (Wiliamson G & Niemann D) this is supposed to be a Juncker with the mm '2'. However, there are several areas where your example differs from the books. Unless Juncker changed their tooling/dies during the war I'd say that this was a fake. These are new to me though so I look forward to the experts views!

i do have reservations on the 1 on the date. i am no expert but still looks nice. the enamel is very good which compared to the rest of the item i would of thought a bit of wear there. my view only

                  Not a genuine Juncker DKiG.

Why do you believe that it is not a fake?

                      Cheers.

                        larry,

take it from me the opinions of these gentlemen are given very seriously after handling crosses than most of us will see in a lifetime.

Take the advice and return it while you still can. If not, buy Gordon Williamson's book(s) on the subject, it is the benchmark most of us go by, if not search on 'Juncker' and 'dkig' in the search facility on this forum, you will see other examples from different people.

                            Go to : www.regaliaspecialist.com

Look under Third Reich items. At the very right top of the index page, click
to see the "Special" items category and then look at this guy's German Cross.
Just for the fun of it, keep looking, especially at his Spanish Cross in Gold with Diamonds. It will terrify you. His RK is an easily recognizable fake, but some of the other stuff could be very dangerous.
