The piece is 100% fake. It is marked L/58 for Rudolf Souval. Souval is not known to have produced any oaks during WW2. This is a known fake that pop up from time to time with different markings. See my example below with the twisted marking. Note the impossible loop on my example below. How to attache a RK on that one? The quality is simply not there on these pieces either on obverse or reverse and should be treated as fakes.

              Oaks with swords

              Hello,

Can you guys please explain something to me.......

On original examples, the sword handles do not touch the oaks as shown in the fake, correct?

Please let me know either way. Thank you.

On originals the sword hilts do not touch the sword blades, but the blades do touch the oaks, if that is what you are asking.

Still a fake! Do you know who the seller is?
On the Norwegian site he sells more crap!
                  It´s called fraud.

Poor fake; save our money. Such a piece would never fit the dreams about an original Godet 21 or L/50. And there are much better "copies" out there!

The seller is known to have sold fake badges and militaria from the third reich several times on norwegian QXL. I have seen several users commenting on the originality of the pieces, but the seller do not seem to care! Save your money
