Impossible to say. It´s no match for a professional to make a loop like that.
But if I have to guess, I would say because the silverstamp has been allowed to deform the loop too much. Just my guess.

i have seen other accepted loops with a more pronounced sqaush due to the markings so i think an acceptable loop
