Advice on a spange

I have been offered what I think is a IC 1cl spange for $150. Is it real? Is it a fair price? It also looks like a repaired clasps? I have been collecting for less than a year and still have a lot to learn so any advice and opinions would really help.

I had to pull the pictures because my web site cannot handle the traffic.

A couple mof comments.

1. One of the worst repair jobs I've seen
2. It appears that the spange has been vaulted. Not seen very often.

However, that being said, it appears to be a original Deumer Spange

maybe, or may not be a wartime repair...
$150? depends on the buyer, for me? that's a good price.
