Ek II Spange, good or Bad ??

Hello all. Today i recived this spange.Just wanted to hear how it checks out.The picture has ben brighten up a bit since it got a bit dark.

Edit. A better pic. added and some homework done.It seems to match an L/18.I dont know if this one is marked , i dont want to remove the ribbon to have a look.
