My first post: EK2, Real or a fake?

Hello everybody!
My name is Antti and I am just starting to collect medals and militaria. Anyway, I need some help since my skills of spotting a real thing aren't so good - yet.

Here is a link to an auction site with a picture of a EK2.
Is it real or fake? Unfortunately the pictures aren't so good.
The seller says that it is a cross from 1944 with no makers mark.

This cross has the makers mark 93.

The pictures are blurry but I think this is a good one. I just can´t figure out how the seller knows this one is from 1944? Any documents with it?

Hi Frank.
I've got some "better" pictures but I don't know how to send them in here. The seller tells that this cross was found from an attic in France but I don't have an idea how he knows the year it was made.
And no, there are no documents with it.
