Valuation of some 1957 crosses I have?

    Hi there,

I need to raise some cash for an incredible grouping on the estand and I need your opinion before putting it on e-stand

I have a textbook Schickle RK with OLS cased (a very old case that MAY be wartime), wartime loy ribbon.

    Discussion of Etui/box:

Would 1200 euro be asking too much? (thats less that how much I paid for it!)

I also have an attributed DKIG with later Pin assembly belonging to kapitanleutnant Franz-Georg Reschke of U-205 with a certificate of Authenticity from Gordon Williamson.

I think 200 Euro is not out of this world for the DKiG.

Not really sure what to say there, you say the ribbon is wartime....http://dev.wehrmacht-awards.com/foru...d.php?t=153717

Maybe your bird can do the taste test on the case. He may be able to give the Thumbs up to 3rd Reich authenticity like the one in the avatar

P.S. Did that Schickle once belong to Ed Tainton?

I nearly died when my bird got hold of the etui, it was the first and last time he was allowed into my study ... and as on cue, for the first time today, he just sounded off a chirp from the living room...his back feathers must be burning

Yes it did, and before then a guy called 'Wolfpack' on this forum (name will be revealed to purchaser)who doesn't seem to frequent here anymore, he purchased it in Cirica 90's period.
