    Early EK1 box?

    Hello,

I bought this together with a 1957 EK1 some years ago. Now I wonder if the box is an early or late made WW2 box.

The black surface seems to have been fixed up with ink at some places.

    Regards, Stefan

Here's the 1957 EK1 that came with the box. Would this be an early made made?
It feels rather well made if I compare to the quality of a normal 1957 EK2.

The red and green colors are from when I scanned it.

A nice late war case IMO and early 1957 cross with the wartime type cokebottle pin

                    Thanks Harry!
Ok, so the box and EK could then have been together?

                    Cheers,
                    Stefan

                      I agree with Harry,later style case with a lovely early 57 EK1.

The case is probably just leftover stock that they utilized for this cross.
