EK's & Rarity of Maker's: Is there a list?

It is a regular occurrence to see collectors looking for EKs with specific maker marks, and prices vary for an Iron Cross with one maker mark to another - presumably due to the fact that some are harder to find than others and, therefore, more desirable.

Is there a listing somewhere that indicates which are the more desirable, scarce and rare Iron Crosses by maker?

but..how about fake EKs? I guess George doesn't collect fake EKs, does he? We need to modify the rule#1.
