I've been offered this cross,it's a later war produced cross.
What do you think REAL OR FAKE.The seller tells me its a
zinc cross.It looks fine to me.

Morning everyone. (morning in UK!)

I 'm new to the Forum.

I don't profess to be an expert, but I have a Third Reich collection going back thirty years, all items that I have absolutely authenticated, or had real experts confirm. I have a number of KVK 1s, some boxed.

This one looks very good to me. In particular, the frontside detail is sharp and well-defined as it should be, the swastika is regular and the pebbling looks right.

It seems to be late war, which is why the backside finish is not so good.

In my opinion, this is a good one, and a nice piece for your collection.
