A friend of mine picked up several of these som time ago and thru me would like to know if it is WWII, post war, fake or any other breed. The detail is quite good and appears to be in silver and also is nice quality, any help would be appreciated

Imo , these are Post War reproductions , they are very good quality , but looking at the detail a little closer there are many flaws to consider.
Post better pictures of the inner frame please , and some closer shots of the centre.

Yes - they look very Latvian to me - the type of color to the 'silver' and the beading design...why would you buy them - why not, everyone has an RK core lying around...
