Cases I cannot help much with .
The close up of the ' 4 ' looks like it has a 'dimple' indentation where the arms of the 4 cross , it that the case ?

Hard to tell if it has a dimple Douglas..I've been looking at it through my loupe but my eyes aren't what they used to be..

Thanks agatn Marcus... I was a bit worried about the case not having the round centre on the cross on the lid..If that makes any sense...

The KVK looks like the typical zinc cross for an S&L without swords.
