EK1 & EK2 evaluation

I'm new on this forum and on the field of WW2 militaria collecting. I have some militaria books but I would also like to have yor opinion abot this crosses. Can you tell me if they are authentic (EK2 especially) and any usefull info about them. The EK1 is marked with L/58.

The EK1 appears to be an original Souval. However:

a. It appears to have been repainted
b. The Catch has been replaced
c. The pin has been sharpened at the end.

The EK2 looks rather shody. Not sure about it besides the fact it has a ribbon for the KVK II 2nd Class instead of for the EK II 2nd Class.
