Cased Ek1 "107" opinions please

These days I am very busy..Bought EK1, KvK without swords, Observing Cased Wound badge and Blockade runner with doc .....

But I also was offered this cased EK1 mm "107"

IMO it looks fine en good to me, but what are your opinions, before obtaining it??

In my opinion, the 107 is not period original, the date is too high and location mark for ribbon ring missing.

Definitely fake. Take a look at the top beading on the 3 o'clock arm, you'll notice that at the inside, it's almost straight, no curvature at all. Comes with various cores & pins, but the frame is a giveaway.

Ya that pretend Carl Wild is a fake. I was almost burned on one of those but I bought the Iron Cross of 1939 book and it saved me 250 bucks.

The 107 is also missing the alignment dot on the frame. The case the 107 is in is a genuine case, thats a D&B constructed case.

The second case, looks like a fake in my opinion, the outer covering, motif, shape, catch and catch mech. inside the box. In regards to the base, well thats a new 'version' to me and rings bells, so all in conjuction it's safe to assume fake certainly !

Ok,

EK1 cross "107" definately fake, its case however genuine.....

But I dont see the connection with the second case and marked "1" of jcwater in relation to the "107"..

The two ek are the same version of FAKE, except the case.
EK must be produced by the same producer .
