I believe the one on the left is for the WWI Prussian war merit cross. The on one the right was used for a couple of WWI medals (Prussian Red Eagle Order, Prussian service medal, and perhaps one or two other medals). You may want to move this to the Imperial Forum for more detailed info on these .

Left one is a ribbon for a War Merit Cross and the right one is one for the Hamburg Hanseatic Cross.
