    This one has a detached prong but I do have the prong seperate. Is this one any good guys??

              Hi James
              I have this spange down in my 'gray area' of knowledge.
              This style and an almost identical one is usually considered OK. The minute differences in the two are the pebbling, and slight angles of the feather viens. Your one is the inferior quality of the two.
              I don't know enough to say whether the manufacturer re-tooled the pebbling etc. or one is the repro of the other. I'm super critical and paranoid regarding spangen, even the good ones! so IMO anything a bit troublesome tends to be bad news...
              With this one, I can't say 100% either way. For me, it's wait-for-more-evidence time again!
