Can someone explain the difference with case colours.

Just wondering as someone who isn,t up on their medals, what is the difference between the usual black coloured EK 1 cases and the green ones that pop up from time to time. I saw Detlev had one today but nobody touched it. Are they less valuable, less attractive.....?

I have a green one (there are dark blue ones, too) and IMO they are very rare and more attractive than the black ones.
Why there are different colours I don´t know.
