KC on Ebay?

Hello People,
I've found this one on a stand at ebay. It gives me a stange feeling and I don't know if that is given to me by mysubcontious fake alert or bingo! feeling. The seller is one of those East Block sellers and that always makes my hair raise. The bidders are tearing each others head of to get this one.
At least this is a very very good made repro that I've seen. The soldering is practically invisible, de number are high raised and the loop is made with much craftmanship.

maybe some of you can see all the thing that I problebly am missing?

I think that would say it all...I'm not up on KC's, but I don't like the loop/ring at all...
