yes, we've had quite a few discussions about these L/12 marked spangen.
Some think authentic, others no. I myself find it hard to make a decision without more evidence coming to light. Do a search for' L/12 spange' and let's wait for a few more opinions.

I dont know wy but im a bit skeptic on that packet, imo a fake. Wy i dont like the print style, and some more say to me no no.
