RK opinions required please

This cross came with some items I purchased and it appears to be by two different makers.The core is too big for the frame,causing the frame to rest on top of the 1 and the 9.As a result,there is a 1mm gap on both sides between the frame and the core,where they meet the swastika.
The frame looks post-war to me.The core may or may not be.It does have a very nice enamel paint job that is slowly being covered with a misty white bloom.What do you think Guys?
