    Spange fixed to an 1914 Iron Cross

    How rare are these? Is there a offical name for these? I have been looking for one for awhile now. any one know where to find one?

    Super-rare and if you do not know EXACTLY what you are looking at, one of the easiest items in Third Reich collecting to get burned with.

        Justin, Frank is right about these. IMO don't bother trying to get one, save your $ for something textbook. These combo's(other than the L/18 Mayer) were mostly jeweler made pieces combining a cross and spange. Quality should be outstanding. Because of these facts it is difficult to say with certainty when one was made.
