Correct way of wearing EK.2 ribbon

Hello,
I have been doubting whether to post this on 'Living History' but here it goesconfused:
I have received a ribbon to complete my EK.2 and I've realized that even if I have seen dozens of pics showing the ribbon inserted in the tunic's buttonhole I cannot understand how was the ribbon exactly positioned and held in place.
Could you help me, please (Photos or diagrams of the intermediate steps would be greatly appreciated!)?

Are you serious? In case you are: how it was worn you can find in any book about the Wehrmacht, Waffen-SS.
The ends of the ribbon were sewn on the inside of the tunic. One end runs through the buttonhole and the other is folded around the edge.
