In continuing my education how does this one stack up. I cannot find info on the L/ 4 mark. The seller states it is authentic and rare.

I would stay away from this crap. Get the book Iron Times and the Iron Cross of 1939. There isn't a L/4. There is a 4 though, but this cross is it!
