Any chance of a better picture of the front and one of the back with the pin down please.

From what I have read on the forum and in the crosses reference section,

there appears to be some doubt as to whether S&L actually produced DKiG during the war. That said, I have seen one or two, (but only one or two), of these on reputable dealers sites and yours looks identical to the ones I have seen.

For what it's worth, bearing in mind this only my opinion, I feel these are ok and from what I can see in the pictures posted so far yours looks ok. Given they are rarely seen for sale I would venture to suggest that they are unlikely to be fakes, on the basis that normally the faker floods the market with a newly faked item, and quite a lot of that particular fake appears fairly quickly.
