    yes, that's a 'standard' L/11

    but talk of the devil...
this was on 'TheCollectorsGuild' this morning:
unmarked, and what I would have normally considered as strange but OK.
But are they OK? in the description he says :as seen in Gordon's book p.102/3, (but it isn't)
Gordon, what do you make of this pattern?
    regards

Meine L/11 marked Spange, as I would expect them to be.

Duct tape can't fix stupid, but it can muffle the sound.

Jon if you look closely at the feathers in the round curve part of the wings on the "Collector's Guild" spange, the pattern on the left is different from the right. The pattern of mine matches the pattern he shows in the left curve( I am trying not to sound to confusing). The numbers and pebbling, feet etc. are the same on mine in my opinion. Now on the back his prongs look thicker and are placed closer to each other as opposed to the ones on mine. Hope this helps...Cheers...Jeff

                  top one: marked L/11
2nd one: marked L/11 (yours Jeff)
                  3rd one: unmarked
4th one: don't know (found it today, in my files, a member's here I think?)

I'll try to scan 'TheIronTimes' one later (unmarked)
                  regards

Hey Jon, they all look identical, and the one from the iron time is definitely identical. IMO a good spange with either a post war L/11 mark or a variant deumer we have not seen yet? Who knows!!...Cheers...Jeff

any chance of a super close-up of your L/11 stamp?

                            Hello Jon,
I've never seen this kind of L/11 mm spange... very interesting.
I got mine in summer last year which is no mm.
I also have some Detlev's old pix from my file.
They all look very similar to me. I'll post them later
and I hope Detlev won't mind.

                            Regards,
                            Sihong
