What EK1 it is?

Hello Gents,

I have gone through my database and have found a cross with the date below.
(I am sorry, but better photographes do not be possible.)
I have cut out the date 'cause I think that is very interesting.

My question is: What do you think what manufacturer it is due to the shape of the date?

I did hope that anybody does say that.
I have cut out it from a DN phographe and it was offered and depicted as a L/11 cross (see below).

So rise a question has he mixed front and back or not?

hi franki,

this cross is very interesting.

the back looks like deumer. the core is a textbook K&Q - piece. the front frame neither looks like KQ nor like deumer.... better pictures would be helpful.

the only things that can be said for sure:

1) the core was made by 65
2) the back - frame was stamped by deumer; the hinge/pin looks like deumer
3) the front frame reminds me of meybauer....

That frame is not a Deumer. The catch is a typical Deumer though.

Hello,

the reason why I have posted that cross was that different parts has been handled. And it does not be impossible that here between the different manufacturers were a kind of "supply" existed likewise between Schickle, Orth + Souval.

What you Gents think about it?

Maybe has anybody a similar piece here like the above depicted for a further comparission.
