I need help with the authenticity of this Iron Cross 2nd class
the seller says It´s marked L-13

Welcome to the forum! First of all - auctions are a good place to get burned. Buying from a reputable dealer is first and formost the rule with the hobby. There are several sponsers here on the site and the e-stand who sell great EK2's for good rpices that are fair and honest. In my opinon the one marked L/13 is a Paul Meybauer piece, but it would be good to search the forum for other Paul Meybauer Ek's to confirm the frames and core are similar. The other one is, well, I dont like the looks of the frame, the 'chunky' look of the ribbing to the frame and the shape is just not what I would call quality. I would pass on this one, but then I would buy one off the estand before I ever got another one from an internet auction site. Again - welcome to a place of knowledge that is nearly limitless...

hit the button too many times - after doing a search under 'L/13' found many photos of EK1's that seem to coincide with the one int he auction.

And yes there is L/13 markt EK2******180;s, i have a dubbel markt 7 and L/13. Im shure you can find it on a search, if not pm me and i will find the pic******180;s off it.

It is marked 13. Can’t say if it is real or <o =""></o>

Am not an EK guy.. Ask the seller for <o =""></o>
