Hi there i have an WW2 Iron cross 2nd class but am having trouble identifying it there are some letters and numbers on the ribbon ring which are as follows V MA ARSSOR 03 the letter between the 2 A's is indecipherable i'm afraid any help would be greatly appreciated,many thanks.

Second, that's alot of stamping on the ring! If you've got pictures of it, that'd help. You can send them to me - if you have them - and I'll post them here.
Sounds very odd!
