Please rule out the observation as W&H as the packet maker, this would be an unlikely exception indeed in this very instance at least.
On packets like this the maker mark is that of the 'intended' maker of the awards.
We've found two or three if not more (one more perhaps) unknown makers of EK 2's on the cases forum.Comment
