I found this Maltese cross on e-bay don't know if its the real deal but just in case some one was interesred in this piece I thought

Knights Maltese Cross. Has Old Malta silver Coin 1796 inside. On the coin Bust and name of Grand master of Military Order od St.John of Malta- Emmanuel de Rohan .
