Spanish Cross Help

I have a number of interesting items, but know very little about them. This, I believe is a Spanish Cross. It has been in the family for fo over 20 years, along with other items that were bought at an auction. On the rear of the cross is printed L/32 in tiny print. Can anyone give me any advice as to how find out more about it.

I beleive this is the droop tailed fake.

Yes, the eagle looks so bad. It cause me remember a Blood Order I encountered, the eagle head is also very ugly.
