New 'Schinkelform' EK2

I would like to post a few photos of a newly acquired EK2. Cross is of the 'Schinkel' (sometimes spelled 'Shinkel' on this and other forums) variety.

This one features the 'ball' or 'curls' on the numerals.

Ring is attached to a small 'nubbin' at the 12 o'clock position on the frame. Magnetic core.

Nice cross .

By that way it gives different Schinkel Typ A. They slightly differ in the shape and position of the date and in the thickness of the frame.
