Spain Cross - what grade?

Hello all,

I have this Meybauer here which a fellow collector showed me. It is marked L/13 and I believe a tombak base. I was wondering what grade everything thought it was. I'm at a tossup between gold and silver myself. Any feedback would be greatly appreciated!

In my humble opinion it is a gold grade...

I would say a well worn gold!

From the finish on the swaz I would guess originally a Silver grade which has all but washed off.
