A friend and long time collector of German WWI and WWII material wants to know if any these EK's in his collection of Iron Crosses are particularly rare, unusual or interesting.
It has not been a special area of interest for him, more a matter of picking up what came along and looked interesting over the years. The great majority of the Iron Crosses on the list would have been brought back to NZ as war souvenirs by Kiwi soldiers in the two World Wars.
My friend has asked me to find out on his behalf if any of the following Iron Crosses might be rare in terms of their markings or are they simply run of the mill types. I am going to ask him for photos. However, he can only photograph them one at a time. Which ones should he post images of first ?
Many thanks in advance for any help or advise. I know he will appreciate it, Chris
