EK2 - for review

I would like to get your opinion about this EK2 Cross. It is magnetic, 3 parts made.
Based on the photos below, is it possible to establish the manufacturer?

IMO two crosses EK2-1939 type "S&L design". If You want more informations, please will give better photos

Than you very much, Jarek, for your comment and info. I was suspecting the "S&L" design, but I was not sure. Four photos represent the same cross. Unfortunately, I am not capable to make better photo of this cross. Somehow, I cannot get sharp image of the bedding. I think, that with your hint I will be able to identify the manufacturer in the book "The Iron Cross 2. Class".
