This copy is known as the small "4" fake. If do you a search on the forum under this name you'll find a lot of examples.

That Narvik Shield looks to me like the prolific "low 4" fake. Do a search of "low 4 Narvik" or "small 4 Narvik" and you should find many other examples and discussions on this type of fake. Also pay attention to the shape of the very small cutout area to the right of the eagle's head on this fake.
