L/18 EK1 spange original or fake?

There is a EK1 spange with double marked 'L/18'. May I have your opinions? Thank you so much in advance.

IMO, it is an Otto Schickle spange that was marked by B.H. Mayer.
I don't like the disc though.

I agree with Ralph, that the screw back is wrong. Schickle used a different style of screw back. Jim
