Early production. There is no way to say 100% but some of my references suggest that above design could be Maria Schenkl ( Wien).

And BTW I absolutely love this ordensspange.

There is a way to say 100%, the details. It's not a Schenkl. The cross is an "Odd Date" cross, a rare cross made by an unknown manufacturer.

My opinion based on book by K. Nikolayev ""Schinkel" where above cross is listed as supposedly Maria Schenkl. Because in some private collection they were found in original stamped etuis. Of course it is not 100% but believable.
