EK2 Ribbon package Carl Knoblauch

Hello Collectors,

I picked up a collection this week with a couple of awards, and this package was in the collection. A EK2 Ribbon package Carl Knoblauch. As far as I know then are very seldom found.
I compared mine with a couple shown and it look to have a good chance of being original.
