    Ek 2 double manufacturer 55!


    Hi, I wanted to show this Ek 2 from manufacturer 55, with a double mark from my collection. Not so common. As always, opinions are welcome. Greetings butcher

    Well, that's the first 55 55 I've seen.☺. Nice original Hammer & Sohne cross.

      I wonder if the double marking signifies the fact there are more splices on the bead work, than commonly encountered on a Hammer cross. Halved beading does occur on other crosses, including those from the WW1 and farther back.

        Many producers have had such production "flowers". I have a double 98/98
