    2 x EK2 1939 marked 120

    Hi
I have two crosses signed 120. In my opinion they have two different cores.
And here the question to specialists - what types are the core?

    cross number 1

    best regards
    Maciej

Maciek, you know my monograph of Crosses EK2-1939.
There is a classification of Petzl's crosses EK2 as follows:

      1) not signed - own core
      2) signed [120] - obverse foreign core "S&L design" + reverse own core
      3) signed [120] - obverse foreign core Souval type 2 + reverse foreign core Schenkl (= 27)
      4) signed [120] - own core

Now, You have found a new variation :
      5) signed [120] - obverse own core + reverse S&L core

      Congratulations !

      Regards
      Jarek

Thank you very much for your opinion Jarek.
Is this first cross then a type:
signed [120] - obverse foreign core "S&L design" + reverse own core?
        best regards
        Maciej

            I understood it well
The first cross shown is obverse own core + reverse S&L core
In that case, how can you assign a second cross? (second core?)
            Thank you and best regards
