Most likely it's plated ....there is no 800 mark.

With the light weight and an iron core it is most likely plated or neusliber. I agree that should it be silver, it would be 800 marked. These pieces have several flaws around the beading, which are very apparent on the nice photos you provided. Note the comparison to the '57, which has more flawing than this piece. Also, note where the "1" in the 1939 contacts the frame.
