Tombak KVK w/ Fluted Screwback - Opinions

I got this at the MAX last year. In fact I think old Mott was with me. It does not show up well in the obverse picture, but tombak is visible on all the high points. Not a zinker. The screw spins line a well balanced tire. Any thoughts on this? I have not come across many screwback KVK's and most that I saw were zinc.

The L/13 cross is fine, although I have only seen it so far with a regular EK style disk.

Thanks Frank. That is why I mentioned how nice it spins since I don't know fluted disks. It is tough to see in the photo, it looks like a slight shadow where it had covered the back of the badge.
