I think that the first cross is an fake because the pinsystem is typical 57 .
The second looks like an original spanisch made cross .

These crosses should attract some comments!
The L/58 Souval looks like it was made from wartime dies, however because of the type of pin used, the big question is exactly WHEN it was made - wartime or post-war. Personally I'd choose the latter but it's a very grey area.
The second one is a first for me! I think I'm going to call it the "Round 9" variant! Looks like it's a one-piece cross? Quality actually looks good - maybe even echt silber from the the mirror finish on the reverse? The hinge/pin/catch arrangement, with side-hooks, is something I do not ever recall seeing on 1939EK1s, real or repro. The catch looks acceptable and the hinge looks similar to early Wound Badge "U" shaped hinges. In a bizarre sort of way, I actually like it! I wouldn't pay more than curiosity/repro price for it though.
I can't wait to read the comments of others on the second cross!
