EK2 Opinion Schinkle

This is the second EK2 which appears to be a schinkle. Core is iron and quite loose, no markings, top of the number 3 is stylised.

Size small at 43.2 x 43.2, weight 19.3g

Any thoughts welcome, not sure of the inner corners of the outer edge
